It is strictly forbidden to drive or transport scooters outside the Municipality and Province of Rome. Our scooters are only authorized for use within the municipal area of Rome and, at most, within the boundaries of the Province of Rome. Any use outside of this area (including travel to other provinces or regions) constitutes a breach of the rental agreement and will result in a penalty of €800. In addition, any vehicle recovery costs and damages will be borne entirely by the customer.
