The rental price includes a new scooter (vespa or other depending on your choice) automatic (no gears), two helmets, a full tank of gasoline, a safety chain (to be used compulsorily when the scooter is parked) , R.C. insurance a spacious top box, a phone holder, USB port to charge your smartphone and, upon request, a selfie stick.

Yes, when signing the contract we will have to ask you to leave a security deposit. This can be done by Credit Card or cash. The full amount will be refunded upon return of the scooter and its accessories in the same condition as received.

Of course! it is indeed possible to cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before the reservation itself without any penalty. Otherwise only 30% of the reservation will be retained.

Yes, our scooters are modern and gearless. Obviously experience in motorcycle/scooter riding is required, we try to ensure only beautiful experiences, so we strongly advise against renting a scooter without having sufficient practice.

VITTORIA RENT reserves the right not to complete the rental if there are no acceptable safety conditions on the part of the driver. In this case it will not be possible to refund what was paid at the time of booking.

WITH VITTORIA RENT You can book vehicle pickup or drop-off service directly at your Hotel or home for FREE, within the center of Rome.

Yes, upon return, you must bring the scooter back with the same fuel level you picked it up with. There are numerous gas stations in Rome, both self-service and serviced, including near our location.

We recommend parking in the designated motorcycle spaces marked by white lines, in car parking lots ( white or blue lines) completely free for scooters, but never park scooters in Bus and Taxi lanes, in disabled parking lots (yellow lines) and on sidewalks.

It is possible to drive all over Rome, complying, of course, with Italian traffic regulations. Important to remember that 50cc and 125cc scooters are prohibited from driving on ring roads and highways (“GRA”) and bus lanes.

The customer/lessee is solely responsible for any act related to the use of the vehicle, including traffic violations. It is also liable for any damage caused to the vehicle, even unintentionally, within the limits of the deductible. The vehicle is covered by third-party liability and theft insurance, with a deductible to be paid by the customer. The use of helmets is mandatory. Excellent scooter riding experience is required.

Scooters are not allowed only in ZTL zone A1 (Trident) when it is active and in pedestrian areas. In all other ZTLs (Centro, Trastevere, Testaccio and San Lorenzo), scooters can always access even when the gates are active. Parking is allowed only in motorcycle parking spaces and on blue lines.

No driving is allowed in the cab and bus lanes. These are demarcated by yellow lines and monitored by cameras to issue fines to violators.

Yes, if you are under 18 years old but have a regular license, you can ride our scooters. However, the renter must be a person of legal age and the entire rental will be the responsibility of the renter.

In case of a fine during the rental period, we will report your details to the relevant authorities. The fine will be delivered to your home, and you can pay it in the manner indicated. The cost of practice management for each individual report is 35€ which will be charged to your credit card.

According to Italian laws, it is prohibited to transport children under the age of 5 on any type of two-wheeled vehicle. However, if your child is over the age of 5 and his or her build is suitable for safe travel on the scooter, it is possible to carry him or her. Always keep in mind that Rome is a very busy city.

Rome has generally mild weather, and rain usually does not last more than a few hours. If you are equipped for rain, there are no restrictions on scooter travel. However, if you prefer not to travel with the scooter in bad weather, you can cancel the rental free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. In this case, you can request a full refund of the amount already paid or postpone the rental to another available date.

No, we do not do long-term rental.

To rent a scooter, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. There is no upper age limit for renting a scooter, but it is important that you are familiar with riding two-wheeled vehicles.

In case of accident or breakdown during rental, please contact us immediately. We will be ready to assist you and provide the guidance you need to resolve the situation in the best possible way. We will make sure you are safe and, if necessary, we will replace the vehicle.

it is possible to pick up the scooter at our office in Via Marche 15, we are open every day from 09:30 to 19:30 or we offer free delivery service to the Hotel, within the center of Rome.

The deposit ranges from 300/500/600 euros depending on the displacement of the scooter.

Yes, helmets are mandatory, we provide you with up to two helmets of different sizes that you can place in the top box or under the seat at each stop without any problems.

Yes, we have a beautiful electric 50cc Micro Car with which you can also access the A1 ZTL, it has a range of 100km and recharges are included in the price.
